29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: On or about November 19, 2024, an employee performing servicing and maintenance activities on the Trial Size Machine was exposed amputation and entanglement hazards and the employer did not ensure the authorized employee was trained to understand the procedures to be used when performing service and maintenance activities.
