29 CFR 1910.421(b)(2): A list was not kept at the dive location of the telephone or call numbers of accessible hospitals. a) South of Duke Island near Sisters Island - 54�51.270' N 131�17.350' W - F/V Dive Master - On or about October 2, 2024 employees aboard the Dive Master, conducting a mixed air supplied diving operation, at a geoduck harvesting track did not have the phone numbers for the nearest accessible hospital in the area.
