29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1): Alloy steel chain sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach. Next to the installed blue pumping unit: On or about September 12, 2024, and at times prior thereto, an employee was using chains for rigging while operating a truck mounted crane, without affixed identification tags with the rated capacity, to lift and move material, while assisting with the assembly of a pumping unit.
