29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: On or about 5/21/2024, in the facility located at 1743 Scherer Pkwy in St. Charles, MO, the employer did not ensure that each outlet box was provided with a cover, faceplate, or canopy. An electrical outlet located by the sales area was missing a cover and the outlet located outside Warehouse #1 was missing a waterproof cover causing electrical hazards to employees using the outlets.
