29 CFR 1910.107(b)(10): Illumination panels did not effectively isolate the spraying area from the area in which the lighting unit is located. (a) Spray Finishing Department, Cross-Draft Booth Booths - On or about May 23, 2024, employees were exposed to fire hazards. The top enclosures of the lighting unit were not secured, subjecting the lamps to contact with flammable material. (b) Spray Finishing Department, Downdraft Booth - On or about May 23, 2024, employees were exposed to fire hazards. Enclosures of lighting units were not secured, broken, or missing, subjecting the lamps to contact with flammable material. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.13(c).
