29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about May 29, 2024, employees engaged in paper printing activities on the Muller 10 in the Northside area of Taylor Communications located at 9503 F Street, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to fire, and electrical shock and burn hazards in that employees operated and/or worked near equipment that was plugged into a relocatable power tap powered through an extension cord. Instances of equipment plugged into the relocatable power tap included but were not limited to: i. Syntron Jogger and ii. 3M-Matic Case Sealing System.
