29 CFR 1910.335(b)(1): Safety signs, safety symbols, or accident prevention tags were not used where necessary to warn employees about electrical hazards which may endanger them as required by 29 CFR 1910.145. a. High Voltage Testing - On or about April 23, 2024, employees were performing high voltage testing, this requires setting up and troubleshooting high voltage equipment. The testing cell where the high voltage equipment was being housed and operated did not have any warning signs, labels or high voltage indicators to warn people away. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
