29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(ii): Wood job-made ladders with spliced side rails were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance was one-eighth the working length of the ladder: a. 22 Beacon Avenue , Jersey, NJ 07109 The employer allowed employees to use a job-made ladder with a horizontal distance not one-eighth the ladder's working length. The employee used the ladder to access the third floor of a residential building under construction. Violation observed 04/05/2024
