29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1):The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces. On or about March 14, 2024, and times prior thereto the employer entered and or broke the plane of entry at frac tanks and vacuum truck tanks to conducted cleaning operations. The tanks contained foreign materials prior to being sent to be washed and did not have confined space evaluations.
