29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) 859 Communipaw Ave., Jersey City, NJ The employer did not ensure that employees working from Werner pump jack scaffolding, at approximately 42 feet, were protected from fall hazards. Employees installing EIFS to the building, used the scaffolds where guardrails were not provided at the ends of the scaffold platforms. Violation occurred on or about 02/02/2024
