29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: a) 5555 JOLIET ST DENVER, CO 80239 - Component shop: On or around January 19, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by flying object and abrasion hazards from flying objects while utilizing a 10" Delta grinding wheel model # 23-196 / 23-197 with the maximum distance of 1/4" between the griding wheel and the top guard exceeded.
