29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support offhand grinding work: (a)Global Harvest Foods, LLC at 103 South Broadway Avenue, Miller, SD 57362: On or about and at times prior to January 4, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the stationary Craftsman bench grinder was fitted with work rests to support the work. This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards.
