29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: In the alternative: 29 CFR 1910.1053(j)(1): The employer did not include respirable crystalline silica in the program established to comply with the hazard communication standard (HCS) (29 CFR 1910.1200): (a) Super Stone Global Inc. located at 87 14th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215 Employees working in the warehouse, performing fabrication of stone products are exposed to the hazard of chemicals. The employees are exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to respirable crystalline silica, Acetone, titanium dioxide and carbon monoxide. The employer did not develop or implement a written Hazard Communication Program. The employer did not develop or implement a written Hazard Communication Program to include respirable crystalline silica. Condition observed on or about December 21, 2023 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19
