29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedure did not clearly and specifically specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: On or about November 22, 2023, at the Curve Gang Saw, employees were engaged in servicing and maintenance activities, such as, but not limited unjamming. The lockout and tagout procedure were deficient in that: a) procedures did not include the means to isolate and block the stored energy of the pressure rollers; b) procedures did not include specific procedural steps to control all pneumatic and electrical energy sources.
