29 CFR 1926.502(d)(11):Lifelines were not protected against being cut or abraded: a) On or about 11/23/2023 at a roofing project located at 51 St. John's Parkside Buffalo, New York; employees were replacing the roof of a repurposed church building. The employees were utilizing a personal fall arrest system where synthetic rope lifelines, were tied around rafters using knots. The lifelines were not protected from being cut or abraded. Employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 50 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
