29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a) 3008 Penns Valley Pike, Centre Hall, PA 16828, wastewater pumphouse break area - Rodent feces and dead insects were located in and around the microwave, refrigerator, and food storage area which are used by the employees. The employer did not maintained a housekeeping program to clean these areas when they were contaminated. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
