29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) On or before August 31, 2023, an energized outlet used to power a Wagner portable paint sprayer did not have a cover exposing workers to an electric shock hazard. b) On or before August 31, 2023, an energized light switch for the lights in the hallway to the kitchen did not have a cover exposing workers to an electrical shock hazard.
