29 CFR 1910.269(c)(1)(i): In assigning an employee or a group of employees to perform a job, the employer did not provide the employee in charge of the job with all available information that relates to the determination of existing characteristics and conditions required by paragraph (a)(4) of this section: a) On or about July 13, 2023, and at times prior, LND Technical Services, LLC, did not possess nor provide to the employee in charge of the job, at any point before or during work at Substation 2, the following information, verbal or written: (1) Information specific to Substation 2 regarding the presence and need of protective grounds and equipment grounding conductors; (2) Information specific to Substation 2 regarding the condition of protective grounds and equipment grounding conductors; (3) Information specific to Substation 2 regarding the location and presence of circuits and equipment as well as the location and presence of electric supply lines; (4) Information regarding the design and operation of Substation 2. This exposed employees to electrical hazards.
