29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that met the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: (a)Core Framing, LLC at 5501 - 5503 South Huntwood Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to July 13, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that stairway landings within the residential property were protected with a guardrail system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards associated with unprotected landings. (b)Core Framing, LLC at 5505 - 5507 South Huntwood Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to July 13, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that stairway landings within the residential property were protected with a guardrail system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards associated with unprotected landings.
