29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Openings through which conductors entered cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Location: Storage/ break area (Southeast side) rear of building. On or about June 15, 2023 a Cutler-Hammer 30 amp/ 240 volt disconnect switch had two open knockouts on the top side of the switchbox.
