29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system when working at heights greater than 10 feet: (a) North side of residential structure; Employees were working from a ladder jack scaffold platform at an approximate height of 23-feet, 7-inches above ground level without the use of fall protection. (b) Southwest side of residential structure; Employees were working from a ladder jack scaffold platform at an approximate height of 24-feet, 3-inches above ground level without the use of fall protection. (c) Southeast side of residential structure, lower roof; An employee was working from a ladder jack scaffold platform at an approximate height of 24-feet, 3-inches above ground level without the use of fall protection.
