29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about June 5, 2023, an employee was exposed to struck by hazards and contact with rotating saw blade when rip sawing dimensional hardwood on the SawStop table saw located on the North end of the Cab Shop and the employer had not ensured the blade guard was installed.
