29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not constructed in accordance with the design by a qualified person: (a) On or about 5/23/2023, at the Paul E. Joseph Stadium in Frederiksted, St. Croix, VI 00820. Employees were using a tubular welded frame scaffolding system that was not constructed in accordance with the design by a qualified person, exposing employees to a fall from a scaffolding collapse. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c).
