29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: On or about May 20, 2023, an employee stepped onto the guardrail and toeboard of the mobile elevated work platform (MEWP) to elevate his work level height. The guardrail surface was not at least 18 inches wide and this exposed the employee to a fall hazard.
