29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at least included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii). As reference in 29 CFR 1926.59. Location: a) On the second floor of the jobsite at 126 Lafayette Street, New York, NY 10013: On or about March 7, 2023, employees were using handheld power chipping tools to chip into brick walls to demolish them while wearing N-95 respirators. The employees were exposed to respirable crystalline silica. The employer did not implement a written hazard communication program which at least included the hazards of respirable crystalline silica.
