29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: A. Machine Shop: On, or about, February 17, 2023, a series of extension cords and relocatable power taps were used to energize battery chargers and a back up power system for a computer. Per the UL listing for relocatable power taps, they can not be energized through extension cords nor can they be connected in series. B. Second Floor, Bottle Filling, Line Inspector Desk: On, or about, February 22, 2023, two relocatable power taps were used in series to energize the SATO label printer and a battery charger. Per the UL listing for relocatable power taps, they can not be used in series.
