29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Facility: In the following locations electrical equipment was not installed and used in accordance with the instructions included in the listing and labelling in that, elecgrical boxes were subject to accumulations of combustible dusts and flammable vapors: Cutting Booth: The electrical box located just outside of the booth were not rated to prevent the accumulation of combustible dusts inside the box and onto unprotected electrical components. Roof Booth: The electrical box located just outside the Roof Booth where fiberglass lay-up operations occurred was not rated to prevent the entry and accumulation of flammable vapors inside the box and onto unprotected electrical components.
