29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): The employer shall develop, document, and utilize procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section: On or about January 24, 2023, at an establishment located at 2099 Badgerland Drive in Green Bay, WI, the employer did not ensure an employee troubleshooting a Titus Recycle Pump and adjoining pipes in the Main Room utilized protective equipment sufficient to protect against injury from steam and/or hot tallow release.
