29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Inside of buildings, cylinders were not stored in a well-protected, well-ventilated, dry location, at least 20 feet (6.1 m) from highly combustible materials such as oil or excelsior: (a) Shop area; Compressed gas cylinders of oxygen, argon, and compressed N.O.S were stored, near an overhead garage door and aisleways where materials were stored, vertically without chain and/or other means to protect them from displacement. (b) Shop area; A propylene gas cylinder was stored within 20 feet of highly combustible materials such as oil in open-air drain pans.
