29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings shall be effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a) On or about December 6, 2022, at Dollar General Store #8497 the employer fails to ensure employees were not exposed to electrical hazards in the storage room located in the backroom where employees move, work, and stack merchandise. In that, access to electrical panels had unused openings.
