29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: a) Plantwide - On or about November 16, 2022, the employer failed to provide employees exposed to airborne lead during lead oxide reactor operation, maintenance, and laboratory analysis with information from Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025 thereby exposing them to lead-related illnesses that may cause severe damage to blood-forming, nervous, urinary, and reproductive systems. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
