29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) Throughout the facility, on or about October 11, 2022 and times prior, workers expected to extinguish incipient level fires were exposed to fire hazards in that the employer did not ensure portable fire extinguishers were not blocked or properly hung where an extinguisher was identified at location including but not limited to 11P-49 (blocked) and another resting on the floor at an emergency exit door.
