29 CFR 1910.132(a):Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers was not provided, used, and/or maintained. In the production area at 21 Deer Park Drive, East Longmeadow, MA: On and before August 30, 2022, employees were not provided adequate protective clothing to protect from dermal exposure to methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, unsaturated polyester in monomer, and other hazardous chemicals. Employees were provided gloves which were not chemically resistant or long enough to protect forearms, and an apron which is not chemically resistant.
