29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: a) Throughout the Establishment: On or about August 3, 2022 and October 17, 2022, the employer did not have records for making available the hepatitis B vaccines to approximately 23 employees, prior to their performing work such as, but not limited to, housekeeping and maintenance services which had potential exposure to blood, used sharps and needles.
