29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1): The employer did not use engineering controls and work practices in all operations covered by 29 CFR 1926.1101, regardless of the levels of the exposure: a) Kenmore West High School, 33 Highland Parkway, Buffalo, NY, rooms 321, 322, 323, 324, 325, 326, 327, 327A, 327B, 328, and 329 - On or about June 28, 2022 through July 1, 2022 and July 5, 2022 - the employer did not use engineering controls and work practices in all operations covered by 29 CFR 1926.1101, including Class II activity of drilling into ceilings containing asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM), regardless of the levels of the exposure. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
