29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer shall ensure that each employee can demonstrate knowledge of at least the following, the required elements in 1910.134(k)(1)(i) - (vii): a) On or about July 13, 2022, the employer did not provide each employee with effective training on the effects of improper fit, limitations, maintenance and care, and medical signs and symptoms preventing effective use when employees were required to wear N95 respirators while caring for residents with COVID-19. Majestic Care of Whitehall, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1491524, citation number 1, item number 1d and was affirmed as a final order on 02/23/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4805 Langley Avenue, Whitehall, OH 43213.
