29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At a commercial worksite located at 5700 NW 39th, Riverside MO -- A fan that was plugged into a power strip had damaged strain relief, exposing wiring. This exposed employees to electrical shocks and/or burns. This was documented on or about 07/05/2022.
