29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). a) 420 Corporate Blvd Newark, DE 19702: On or about June 10, 2022, the employer failed to ensure operator(s) of the Powered Industrial Truck [PIT] to lift the the large bundles of thermal system insulation within the warehouse area of the facility were trained and evaluated prior to operating the equipment.
