29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i):The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. In the Main Facility, employee(s) engaged in mail service production activities were exposed to health hazards in that the chemical inventory list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present in the workplace was not updated as one corrosive chemical and one toxic chemical were found in the workplace but not on the chemical inventory list.
