29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1):Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: On or about March 24, 2022 at 200 West Railroad Street, Columbiana, OH 44408, the employer failed to ensure employees that perform electrical work on voltage, up to and including, 480VAC were not trained in safety related practices. Employees work on live electrical on a daily basis.
