29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(ii)(A): Safe procedures for deenergizing circuits and equipment were not determined before circuits or equipment are deenergized: (a) On or about 3/16/2022, and at times prior, at 38669 Highway 77, Ashland, AL 36251, in the paint room, at paint booth 3015 , employees were exposed to electrical hazards when installing LED starters and exposed to 277- volt electrical circuits without safe procedures.
