29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Pioneer Enterprises LLC., doing business as, C&R Recyclers LLC, located at 19242 State Route 576 in Pioneer, Ohio: On or about January 21, 2022 the employer did not develop and implement elements of a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to, propane. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with propane such as, but not limited to, dizziness, confusion, asphyxia and frostbite.
