29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Orange Products - On or about January 11, 2022, employees were exposed to hazards from a 110 Volt hopper conveyor for machines 32 and 33 that was plugged in and operating off of an extension cord. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
