29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: a. 135 National Rd., Edison, NJ - Bailer/Train Car hoist The employer did not perform inspections and maintain a certification record of inspections for overhead cranes. Employees operated an electric overhead crane, on a regular basis, that was not inspected at intervals that would ensure deficiencies with the crane were identified. Violation observed on or about December 29, 2021
