1910.134(c)(1) A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use. (a) Worksite: On or about 12/10/2021, the employer had not performed medical evaluations, training and fit tests for employees required to wear full and half mask negative pressure respirators prior to working with chemicals such as, but not limited to, Vinyl Ester Resin & Norox MEKP-925 hardener.
