29 CFR 1926.1211(c): The employer did not designate an entry rescue service when non-entry rescue was not selected. The entry employer did not ensure that retrieval systems or methods were used when an authorized entrant entered a permit space, and did not confirm, prior to entry, that emergency assistance would be available in the event that non-entry rescue failed: On or about November 16, 2021, on the north side of the intersection of US Highway 62 and Sundowner Ranch Avenue, the employer did not designate an entry rescue service in that employees of this employer entered a confined space for rescue purposes.
