29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a. On or about November 10, 2021, employees were using chemicals such as Remasol and RemCement during the re-treading process of commercial vehicle tires, and were also pouring/ transferring these chemicals from the original five gallon containers into smaller plastic bottles, during which time the employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program; therefore exposing the employees to eye, face and hand chemical hazards.
