29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i):Each employer having an employee(s) with occupational exposure as defined by paragraph (b) of this section shall establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure. a. On or about September 23, 2021, employees were cleaning blood after an incident had occurred at the Carousel Saw. The employer did not ensure that an exposure control plan was developed covering each employee involved in the activity.
