29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Shop: On or about September 17, 2021, the employer did not provide and implement a written respiratory protection program for all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees to wear elastomeric N95 respirators to protect against wood dust when they removed collected dust from the enclosureless dust collectors. b) Shop: On or about March 2, 2022, the employer did not provide and implement a written respiratory protection program for all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required an employee to wear N95 filtering facepeice respirator to protect against organic vapors when the employee applied spray adhesive to flakeboard.
