29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Case Dock: On or about April 29, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards from the unexpected energization of the Python (E458401A324R062F) while cleaning and servicing the equipment. The employer failed to utilize the company's energy control procedure.
